This is a wonderful Victorian PICKLE CASTOR featuring a Crown Milano, Hobnail Jar/Insert - decorated with tiny hand painted enamel DOT flowers - presented on a Rogers Bros. The white opalware glass has a shaded Blue satin finish with a raised texture known as "Hobnail" - more of a repousse, diamond shaped, cross pattern. It is decorated with branches of "Dot" flowers in blue & white enamel - green leaves in the background.
