Crystal Cut Etched Glass Hinged Silver Plate Rim Dresser/Powder Box Vintage. I was unable to verify the origins of the box but it is quite elegant and appears to have some age to it. The etching and cuts are masterfully done. I believe the collar is silver plate, there are no identifying marks on it.
